In order to further achieve our growth objective, we are looking for a Sales Assistant, reporting to the National Key Account Manager, based within our European team in Concorezzo, Italy.

Duties will include:

- ­Customer interface, (key Account)

- Customers offer

- Management of key account orders, (from insertion to delivery)

- Daily order status management, (Netherlands - Italian Logistic - Customer)

- Customer service for Key Accounts + possible support for Normal Trade customers

- Contracts: control, signature, archiving

- Agent interface for Hypers orders

- Update customer portals (product data entry / photos / product descriptions and characteristics etc)

- Sending figures about agent / customer turnover

- Entry on BC customer data, price lists with maintenance

- Handling of flyers / presentation files

- Sending photos to customers, excluding photos that require graphic treatment.

- Management of various customer requests / exceptional requests, eg.

Ad hoc display.

Skills requested:

- Fluent English

- Experience in Toy industry desirable but not essential

- Living around Concorezzo Area - Monza Brianza

- Problem solving

- Commercial attitude

- Ability to relate to customers

**Salary**: €15, 919. 00 - €25, 000. 00 per year
