To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store. The Role: Maximize sales for the store; Develop enduring relationships with clients; Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; Approach customers and offer them advice and support on products to persuade them to buy; Manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; Understand and advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance; Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; Handle returns of merchandise; Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard; Support the team on the general operations of the store; Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria; Operate cash registers and close daily revenues; Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates; Go the extra mile to meet targets.
