Il Borgo Cashmere Srl, ** a family-owned manufacturing company that has been producing garments using the finest têxtile fibers since 1949, is currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our boutiques in Florence, Via dei Tosinghi 46/R and Borgo Pinti 99 (inside Four Seasons Hotel).

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

- Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times;

- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers;

- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures;

- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.

- Excellent knowledge of English (C1) and Italian.

Other languages are considered a plus;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques;

- Being able to work in team as well as alone;

- Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;

- Passion for human relations and sales;

- Availability to go to the Company headquarters, in Borgo San Lorenzo, to provide service at the company outlet when necessary.

- Fixed-term, full-time contract (40 hours per week) with the possibility of stabilization at the end of the contract

- On-site work
