About the position:Join us as a Sales Assistant and work with the premium brand, Bang & Olufsen.
Be part of our dynamic sales team and help us deliver exceptional service and unforgettable moments to our customers. Key functions:Customer service in accordance with company and luxury brand standardsConsulting (including technical) clients on products, selection of the most suitable product, cross-selling on the basis of corporate standardsFulfilment of a personal sales plan (by income, by product groups)Consulting clients on products issues - warranty, repairs, deliveries, company policies on the basis of corporate standardsProcessing incoming calls to the offline store and outgoing communications with customersSale of old stock, focus positions and servicesInforming customers about promotions and other activitiesRegistration of sales, refunds, invoices, etc.
