We have always belived in inclusivity and cooperation, we're not just a company, we are a team!ROLE MISSIONThe Sales Assistant (SA) assists the Sales Representative (SR) of a specific country (Brazil), in carrying out his/her daily activities. In particular, the SA supports the SR in the activities that precede or follow the negotiation and stipulation of a commercial agreement, for example by preparing presentations and drawing up performance analysis reports, preparing contractual documents and managing archiving, or even checking the actual correspondence of payments by customers. In its support activity to the SR team, the SA may be asked to interact with the customer in a prospecting phase, or in a phase of retrieving information necessary for planning a promotional campaign. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESBe the main support for the Sales team to run all sales operations smoothly and timelyEnsure a correct flow of communication with the other departmentsExecute standard reports (Weekly, Monthly, Sales Report) and ad-hoc reports as required by the AM TeamCheck correct set up of commission plans on affiliate platformsCheck payments and follow up with clientsInsert the confirmed exposure plans in the company dedicated interfacePrepare graphic material and presentations for meetings with clientsFile contracts and invoices for the confirmed agreements with clientsRequest missing codes, offers and images to clientsAttend trade events and networking events when requiredKEY REQUIREMENTSNative/ Bilingual Proficiency in Portuguese - this will be tested during the interview process; Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing or a similar technical field; Experience in Client Management and a proven track record in Business Development and growing partnerships; Ability to commute to our office in Sesto Fiorentino, Florence; Positive, Problem-Solving attitude; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrives under pressure. Nice to HaveGood understanding of affiliate marketing, preferably the Coupons, Shopping & Promo Code sectors, or as a Publisher within the affiliate industry; Experience using affiliate networks' platforms. Salary and benefits packages will be discussed during the interview.
