Sales Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at the brand-new Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova.
In this vital role, you will support our sales efforts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our guests while driving revenue growth.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing the sales process, from lead generation to booking, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our hotel and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of bookings, contracts, and client interactions.
- Support the planning and execution of events and group bookings, ensuring all client needs are met.
- Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel and attract new business.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
