Zweck der Stelle
The Sales Assistant provides high standard support to the Italian Sales team, working closely with the finance department, interfacing with customers and other employees in the several worldwide locations of Kistler.
The position also requires import-export experience, high-level knowledge of SAP system and CRM, and the capacity to work in a team and successfully face daily challenges.
Dein typischer Tag
- Provide an accurate and efficient sales administration service, using Microsoft Office and SAP effectively, for the production of a variety of documents.
- Assisting with customer and another filing
- Dealing with general customer queries where possible and pass on the remainder to the relevant engineer.
- Being able to give and deliver adequate information to customers.
- Being able to check stock /delivery times from supplier and any subsequent changes and advise customer accordingly.
- Processing purchase orders to suppliers to meet customer requirements.
- Placement offers, orders, and collect external relations services.
- Communication with customers
- Support to sales expert and admin staff
- Purchase order processing to foreign and Italian suppliers
- Maintaining of database (customer and material masters)
- Coordinate with sales engineers for offers and tenders.
- Being the first line of contact for all incoming telephone calls, assessing the nature of the call and routing to the responsible person.
Dein Profil
- Age: 30 to 40
- Secondary School and experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational company
- Good spoken and written English, German is a plus.
- Proven office administration skills
- Import-export experience - shipping monitoring
- Determination and ability to learn.
- High-level SAP knowledge (SD module, CS module is a plus)
- CRM knowledge
- Capacity for teamwork and problem solving.
- Good knowledge of PC and Office package.
