For our Flagship Store in the centre of **Bolzano**, we are now looking for brilliant and motivated Sales Assistants.

As an in-store Sales Assistant we want you to mirror our values delivering unparalleled customer service.

We'd like you to stand out and have a lasting impression on our customers through in-depth knowledge of our heritage and products as well as to accompany prospects to find the proper products to suit their needs.

Part of your experience in joining Millet® includes specific product knowledge and sales techniques training and day-to-day shadowing.

Your role as a Sales Assistant will be crucial as part of the store's success on a day-to-day basis.

**PREPARE YOUR BACKPACK FOR**:

- Promote and sell products by identifying customers' needs

- Embody and transmit with passion the company DNA through the finest product knowledge

- Advise customers on the entire Millet collection

- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers

- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines

**THE PERFECT FIT**:

- mountain and outdoor lover with a strong connection to alpinism, trekking and or outdoor life

- strong team player

- self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques

- good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

- minimum 1-3 years of experience in sport/lifestyle retail

**LOCATION**:Bolzano**FULL TIME/PART TIME**:Both options are possible and depending on personal experience, skills and interview results.
