We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant who will report to the Store Manager as a part of our dynamic team in Via Toledo, Naples.

**Main responsibilities**:
Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM and increase the customer satisfaction
Finalize sales target achievements in line with company strategy
Use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential of the store
Keep stock information update and follow store to store transfer request procedures
Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards

Sales experience preferably in fashion contexts
Excellent communication skills
Multitasking and flexible
Good team player
Excellent knowledge of English
