Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant's responsibilities include contributing to the growth of DIOR sales in the store, attracting and retaining clients, representing the brand values, achieving sales targets, adhering to the brand image/guidelines, and providing outstanding customer service. RESPONSABILITIESSALESAchieve sales objectives through the effective use of sales techniques and by knowing products and customers. Know the daily objectives and monthly sales. Identify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add-on sales. Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile. Understand how to handle customer database and clienteling. CUSTOMER SUPPORTAttract customers by representing the Brand values. Welcome customers as guests. Maintain and complete the customer database and build a relationship with them. Maintain the store space and image / Visual merchandising. BACK-OFFICE SUPPORTContribute to the stock management. Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and when necessary update the stock after sales. Elaborate and supervise product feedbacks. Collaborate with the product rotation. ProfileBackground: Required knowledge and experience in the retail and service field.

University education or a Fashion school degree are a plus. Experience: at least three years of experience. Technical skills:Knowledge of luxury products and basic selling techniques. Knowledge of other languages (English, others are a plus). Knowledge of basic IT (Office). Soft & Interpersonal skills:Positive, smiling, and kind attitude. Good standing. Team-working attitude. Keep a gentle language and behavior with colleagues. Flexible. Hard worker. Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
