Job Description

SANDRO is looking for a part-time Sales Assistant (20-25 hours per week) for the Milan Manzoni boutique, available from February 2025.

As a brand ambassador, the Sales Assistant will perform the following duties:

SalesEnsure a high level of customer service by exceeding customer expectations and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the product, history, and values of SANDRO. Advise customers on fashion trends and mid-luxury market developments, showing passion for fashion. Welcome and assist discerning customers. Foster customer loyalty by providing adequate and personalized consulting. Contribute to the development of our brand image by providing a unique and personalized service. Increase revenue by valuing our products. Achieve personal and store goals through in-depth knowledge of the collection and customers. MerchandisingOrganize the sales area and products according to company guidelines. Ensure that visual standards are market-leading. Implement visual merchandising for our collections in accordance with guidelines provided by the company and the Store Manager. OperationsWork as part of a team to ensure excellent store management. Assist in stock management and deliveries. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate in the high-end ready-to-wear sector. Passion for fashion and good knowledge of the sector and its trends. High level of customer service and business sense. Well-groomed appearance and excellent communication and relational skills. Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Good stress management, flexibility, and ability to multitask. Fluent in English. Additional Information What We Offer
