SALES ASSISTANT PT_Castel Romano Outlet Location:

Castel Romano Designer Outlet (Rome Area - Italy)

Working hours:

Part-Time 20h (weekend Included)

Type of Contract:

Main duties:

To provide an exceptional standard of customer service in the Importante Azienda Outlet located within the Castel Romano Designer Outlet.

The Role:

- To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;

- To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;

- To approach customers and offer them advice and support on the product to persuade them to buy;

- To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;

- To develop enduring relationships with clients;

- To maximize sales for the Outlet;

- To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;

- Tohandle returns of merchandise;

- To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Outlet at the highest standard;

- To support the team on the general operations of the Importante Azienda Outlet;

- To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;

- To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;

- To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;

- To go the "extra mile" to meet targets.

- Fluent in Italian (written & spoken) is essential;

- Good level of English (spoken) is preferred;

- Any previous Retail or service industry experience would be preferred;

- Ability to communicate and inspire customers & outlet store colleagues;

- Great customer service skills;

- Good standard of numeracy;

- Ability to work towards goals;

- Strong skills;

- Dynamic and creative.
