SALES ASSISTANT PT_MILANO OUTLET Location:

Scalo Milano City Importante Azienda Outlet

Working Hours:

Part-Time 18h (Weekend Included)

Type of Contract:

Main duties:

To provide a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in our Outlet Store within the new Scalo Milano Outlet.

The Role:

- To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;

- To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;

- To approach customers and offer them advice and support on the product to persuade them to buy;

- To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;

- To develop enduring relationships with clients;

- To maximise sales for the Outlet;

- To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;

- To handle returns of merchandise;

- To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Outlet at the highest standard;

- To support the team in the general operations of the Importante Azienda Outlet;

- To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;

- To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;

- To maintain the customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates;

- To go the "extra mile" to meet targets.

- Fluent in Italian (written & spoken) is essential;

- Good level of English (written & spoken) is preferred;

- Any Retail or service industry experience would be preferred;

- Ability to communicate and inspire customers & outlet store colleagues;

- Great customer service skills & problem-solving;

- Good standard of numeracy;

- Ability to work towards goals;

- Strong organizational skills;

- Dynamic and creative.
