SALES ASSISTANT - Replacement Maternity Leave Reports to: Store Manager
Type of Contract: Part-Time 30h
The Role: To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store. To maximize sales for the store;To develop enduring relationships with clients;To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;To approach customers and offer them advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;To handle returns of merchandise;To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;To support the team on the general operations of the "The Bridge" store;To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;To go the "extra mile" to meet targets. The Candidate: At least 3 years of working experience in the roleFluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired;Retail or service industry experience;Great customer service and people skills;Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;Seniority LevelAssociate
