Your Mission:

- Provide excellent service through continued commitment to our service values and standards. - Achieve the sales targets. - Maintain an understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that clients are informed and aware. - Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company. - To ensure that all relevant procedures and policies are understood.

To carry out work according to those standards. - Guarantee the replenishment of the stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation. - Build the relationship and collaborate with Rinascente's Retail team. - Additional ad hoc duties as when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Sales Consultant role.

Your Talent:

- Sales Experience and within a luxury brand. - Experience in a customer service role with face-to-face customer contact. - Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment- Ability to initiate contact and communication effectively- Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal- Excellent communication skills- Fluent in Italian and English, other languages (Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Arabic) a plus- Strong Clienteling skills and experience.
