The Role: Maximize sales for the store;Develop enduring relationships with clients;Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;Approach customers and offer them advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;Manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;Understand and advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;Handle returns of merchandise;Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;Support the team on the general operations of the "Piquadro" store;Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;Operate cash registers and close daily revenues;Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;Go the "extra mile" to meet targets. The Candidate: Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated;Retail or service industry experience;Great customer service and people skills;Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;Good standard of numeracy and problem solving;Ability to work towards goals;Strong organizational skills;Dynamic and creative.
