The Role: Maximize sales for the store; Develop enduring relationships with clients; Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; Approach customers and offer them advice and support on products to persuade them to buy; Manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; Understand and advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance; Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; Handle returns of merchandise; Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard; Support the team on the general operations of the "Piquadro" store; Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria; Operate cash registers and close daily revenues; Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; Go the "extra mile" to meet targets.

The Candidate: Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated; Retail or service industry experience; Great customer service and people skills; Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues; Good standard of numeracy and problem solving; Ability to work towards goals; Strong organizational skills; Dynamic and creative.
