Position The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales objectives. Responsibilities Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand; Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs; Play an active role on the selling floor; Build up a loyal clientele; Maintain product knowledge and be sensitive to competitor's trading activities. Operations Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies, and standards of the Company; Ensure the achievement of individual and store goals, improving and developing the business; Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer database, etc. ); Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor; Be involved in stock management and inventory; Report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor; Maintain merchandising standards. Requirements Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts; Dynamic, friendly, and engaging personality; Must be customer-oriented; Action and sales-oriented; Excellent customer service attitude; Strong communication skills; Luxury product knowledge; Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
