ISSEY MIYAKE Milan store is seeking a Sales associate to join its team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for people with a strong creative interest and curiosity in design, innovation, textiles and fashion. The Sales associate's role will be to provide an unparalleled customer service and experience by having a deep understanding of the products, the history and the values of our fashion house.

He/she will work closely within a team environment to inspire and enlighten customers and visitors.

The Sales associate reports to the Store Manager. The main duties will be to :- Welcome and advise clientele (domestic and international). - Develop and retain customers. - Master the procedures necessary for the smooth running of the boutique (checkout, returns). - Work proactively in the team. - Be an ambassador for the company by guaranteeing a unique and personalized service. - Participate in inventories, merchandising, stock storage and the proper running of the shop. Non-limiting list. Expected start date : February 2025. Profile:You have an excellent sense of customer service. You have a strong product awareness and a passion for fashion and design. You have good interpersonal skills and an excellent team spirit. You have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You are organized, dynamic and rigorous. You are fluent in English, Italian and the knowledge of a third language would be a plus.
