This position is vital for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences. You will need a thorough understanding of our products, history, and brand values. Collaborating with the boutique team, you will bring enthusiasm and energy to inspire and engage our customers and visitors. Your goal is to maximize sales opportunities and actively partake in daily shop activities, fostering an inviting atmosphere where customers feel at ease. Key Responsibilities Client-Centric & Store Administration Activities Greet and welcome each customer with warmth and professionalism. Assist clients in selecting products, offering personalized suggestions, alternatives, and immersive experiences by showcasing our collections and sharing the DNA of Issey Miyake. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and effective follow-ups. Develop and expand the clientele base through active engagement and superior service. Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets. Stay updated on product knowledge, collections, and industry trends. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously. Follow up proactively on client inquiries, including after-sales requests. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation, keeping the store clean and tidy at all times. Participate in inventory management, including organizing stock. Support the execution of in-store events and promotional activities. Provide feedback and insights to management regarding customer preferences and sales performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor product and store environment security. Adhere to dress code and grooming standards to reflect the brand's image. Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment, fostering a positive, supportive, and inclusive store culture. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions. Assist in training new team members as necessary. Take a proactive approach to learning about best sellers, new arrivals, product knowledge, and all category information. Qualifications Previous experience in retail is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to engage, connect, and build relationships with clients. Fluent in Italian and English, proficiency in a third language is a plus. Passion for fashion, art, and design, with a good sense of style. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
