Duties and Responsibilities: CUSTOMER SERVICE: Proactively engage and connect with customers, ask questions, listen to their needs, direct customers to merchandise, and inform them about upcoming events, promotions, and mobile offers. ORGANIZATION: Maintain store appearance. SALES: Cross-sell products, know the layout of the store, suggest products based on customer needs, upsell products, learn product features, keep up with trends, and use the Point-of-Sales system for processing transactions. INVENTORY: Manage merchandise, complete inventory processes, and ensure accurate ticketing. DEPENDABILITY: Adhere to the assigned work schedule and complete work assignments accurately. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Basic knowledge of products and merchandise. EXPERIENCE: Retail experience preferred but not required. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents, and communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to multi-task, be attentive to customers, work as part of a team, and take initiative independently. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position involves constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.

It may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, lifting at least 25 lbs.

and up to 50 lbs.

Work is typically performed indoors but may be assigned outdoors depending on the location.

OTHER SKILLS: Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a desire to provide outstanding service.

WORK HOURS: Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Requirements: No experience required.

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Schedule: Flexible (0 - 19. 5 hours)
