Sales Associate
Overview of the Company**:
Albert-Learning, a Virtual Language School originating from France, has established a strong presence in the European education sector. This online e-learning platform employs engaging teaching methods to deliver language courses, spanning from basic to advanced levels, to a diverse student demographic across various age groups and countries. In addition to language offerings, the platform also offers mathematics lessons for school students.
**Job Summary**:
The main objective of the person is to promote the growth of the business. The person should be quite customer-friendly and should be able to persuade the users.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Calling potential customers from the leads provided
Meet monthly sales quota
Identify and assess customers' needs, demands and requirements to achieve satisfaction
Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from potential customers
Setting customer expectations and revenue goals
Adjust a well-tailored sales pitch and deliver it efficiently to the customers
Should be very persuasive in order to convince the customers to buy the product by illustrating it in such a way that it meets their needs
Approaching prospective customers and building rapport with new as well as existing customers
Update and maintain customer information in the customer service database
Negotiating agreements with customers and advising them on cost-effectiveness
Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Excellent Italianspeaking and writing skills
Good with communication skills as the job mainly focuses on business growth through customer service and relationship management
Ability to network and build relationships
1 or 2 years of working experience as work experience in sales, marketing or customer service
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
An ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Well skilled in persuasion and negotiation
Need to be versatile
A can-do attitude and natural aptitude for sales
Persistent and result-oriented
Proven track record of fulfilling sales targets

**The prerequisite for this Job is as follows**:
Computer with Webcam & Headphone (Desktop OR Laptop)

**The working hours of the person will be as per the French Time Zone (GMT +2).
Pay: Up to €1, 500. 00 per month
