Aquazzura is looking for a Sales Associate, for the next season 2025, who will be responsible to provide a personalized customer experience, build strong customer relationships, and meet and exceed sales targets.

Client and Business oriented

Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;Build up a loyal Clientele;Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor's trading activities. Operations: Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business;Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc. );Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;Involved in the Stock and Inventory;Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;Maintain merchandising standards. Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts. Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality;Must be customer-oriented;Action and Sales oriented;Excellent customer and service attitude;Strong communication skills;Luxury product knowledge;Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus.
