Sales Associate - Boutique Milano
General Role
Main responsibilities
- The Sales Associate is responsible for:
- Welcome the clients, showing an active role on the sales floor;
- Listen to and identify the clients needs, ensuring each customer receives an excellent and professional service;
- Be a Storyteller by counselling and surprising clients while delivering quality and consistency of service to develop client relationships and sales service;
- Support clients throughout the customer journey by replying to their objections and understanding what suits their wishes best;
- Help clients until they walk out the boutique holding their Orange Bag;
- Develop, retain and increase long term relationships with customers;
- Ensure stock replenishment at all times and report shortages.
Profile
- Must have:
- Fluency in Italian and English.
A third language will be considered an advantage;
- Sales background: at least three years of experience in the direct sales preferably in luxury companies.
