- **Sales Associate** for its Monte Napoleone Flagship Store.
**YOU
- Authentic, passionate trusted client advisor: an intuitive Sales Associate with a genuine passion for Fashion and Luxury goods market trends;
- A powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy, with a client first approach;
- Courageous with ideas and innovative, always ready to grow and learn;
- Self-confident, appropriate standing and strong communication skills.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Welcome and assist Clients providing an excellent in-store experience;
- Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them;
- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary;
- Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs;
- Prove Brand and product knowledge;
- Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free in a punctual and accurate manner;
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures;
- Thinking innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors;
- Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance;
- Transform each client experience into a unique moments by creating a hand-crafted experience;
**KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in fashion/luxury retail
- Proven track record of successful sales generation, building and developing client relations
- Results-driven and customer focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A fluent knowledge of written and spoken English is mandatory, knowledge of a further language will be considered a plus
