**Sales Associate (M/W) - **Milan Store

In a context of store opening, reporting to the Boutique Manager, your main missions will be:

SERVICE & SALES

Welcome & deliver the best service to the clients, according to the brand standards

Demonstrate the best to the clients to ensure reaching the sales targets

Offer a qualitative after-sales service & follow-up

CLIENTELING & BRAND AMBASSADOR

Know your clients & animate the boutique data base, supported by dedicated tools (digital)

Take part in brand events to share the passion & dynamism of TAG Heuer with your clients

Organize & animate brand events, inside or outside the boutique

Attract new customers to the boutique

BOUTIQUE

Manage the stocks

Ensure a proper maintenance of the boutique (windows, VM instore)

Report the performance to the Manager & Local Management (daily)

**Profile**:

You have a minimum of 4 years' experience in retail, a proven experience in Watches industry is for sure a key asset.

You are results oriented and show a self-starter attitude; dynamism & pro-activity are your attributes, and you know how to show commercial creativity to boost the business.

A good comprehension of clients is necessary and clienteling (both CRM & events) is a passion for you.

Good level in both (local language) & English is mandatory.
