**Sales Associate (M/W)**:
As a sales associate for our new boutique opening in Rome, your main missions will be:
COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE
- Optimize sales & reach the targets, in line with the objectives & guidelines shared by management (turn-over, product mix, discount monitoring)
- Assist clients in their choice, develop "up-selling" and additional sales, close the deal
- Propose new ideas to develop sales or to improve procedures
STORE MANAGEMENT
- Ensure the perfect maintenance of the boutique & the excellence of service (windows, displays, cleaning, welcoming, sales)
- Work at the cash desk, issue cash reports and documentation
- Insert information into internal company database
- Coordinate After Sales Service requests until the return of the watch
CLIENTELING
- Know your client to maximize their relationship with the brand
- Retain & upgrade your local clientele while taking full advantage of the tourist's flow
- Participate to develop the client data base with a maximum of information & animate it to create unique experiences for the clients
- Participate to work on CRM KPI's supported by dedicated tools & App (register, visit follow-up, reach out, )
BRAND AMBASSADOR
- Be the brand ambassador at local level & connect with local people of influence, inside & outside the boutique
- Participate to the implementation of merchandising guidelines: window animation, product presentation and catalogues
- Provide the highest level of customer service in the boutique according to brand standards
- Be aware of the brand story, advantages and technical details, inspire customers
**Profile**:
You have ideally minimum 5 years of experience in sales or retail and have a very good knowledge in watchmaking and a good understanding of the luxury environment.
Fluent Italian, English, any other foreign languages would be an advantage.
Your open-minded spirit and self-starter attitude help you to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You are energetic, self-motivated and results-oriented thanks to strong organizational skills.
You adapt easily to changes and you will bring up new ideas and solutions.
