The Position Reporting directly to the store management team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for:

Being a Brand Ambassador, building customer loyalty throughout the sales process.

Managing relationships with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's products and values.

Using effective sales techniques to achieve set goals.

Promoting the corporate culture and image.

Contributing to creating a professional and motivating work climate.

Assisting in the maintenance of Visual Merchandising standards.

Checking stock on the sales floor and replacing it when necessary.

The Ideal Candidate Previous retail experience.

Dynamism and strong operational and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Willingness to work shifts, especially on weekends.
