Job description**:
Kelly Financial Resources reasearch for an important Customer in Milan a:
**Finance Partner (Sales BA and Finance partner)
responsible for sales support, development of financing solutions and responsible for business financial support (Top-line and bottom-line development) for Digital and Enterprise Business, reporting to Finance head
**mission and responsibilities**:
- Responsible for sales support and development of financing solutions through financial institutions focused on Healthcare market (needs and peculiarities).
Act as advisor to customers and Sales Team.
- Responsible for business financial support (Top-line and bottom-line development) for Digital and Enterprise Business.
Direct involvement and responsibility on deal preparation / approvals and customer face when it comes to finance related topics and non-traditional business solutions
- Supporting Enterprise and Digital business Forecast and performance monitoring being the point of contact for HQ in Italy for these business
- Properly monitor business operation in the country based on stablished processes and tools
- Cooperate and Support Sales Organization with KPIs, performance analysis, reporting, etc
- Monitoring and approval of Capex Utilization and ROI
- Develop tailored financial solutions based on healthcare market and its individual customer needs
- Prepare and analyze Enterprise Service and Digital Health deal calculation aligning with cross functional areas (such as Offering, Legal, Procurement, etc)
- Relationship Development and Management with external partner including but not limited to cooperation agreements and strategic alliances.
- Key contribution on business growth driving internal and external processes focused on cash income, risk avoidance and profitability.
- Sales and Healthineers vision of becoming a trusted partner to customers and also business partner to Sales Team concerning financial related topics.
- Develop and ensure adequate procedures related to BPs behavior as Healthineers representatives.
- Responsible for administrative activities, processes and controls related to Sales Team operations.
**qualifications and experiences**:
- Strong background on customer face activities from a financial support.
- Knowledge and experience on non-traditional business transaction and tailor made solutions
- Solid experience on business performance monitoring and improvement actions
- Experience in working with different culture, languages and of educational and customer needs
- Economic Degree or similar
**attributes and skills**:
- Proved track record with Financing solutions and banking relationship in Italian market (Southern Europe countries as a plus)
- Preferred experience with Healthcare or IT financing segment
- Team oriented and ability to influence and contribute to all aspects of the business
- Fluent English as a must
- Proactive approach, always looking to add value to the organization and being well trusted partner of the Management
- Good leadership and analytical skills
