The role designed for you

In your role as Sales Back Office & Quotation Specialist you will be part of our Italian Customer Care team based in Verona and you will bring your contribution in achieving the company sales target, supporting the Sales Team in the accomplishment and quotation of special-making orders.

- You will manage the receipt of special-order requests on SAP from Customer Support colleagues (bespoke products and special makings)

- You will take care of the evaluation of requests, relating with other depeartments when necessary (e. g.

logistics / R&D / marketing)

- You will follow up on feasibility, timing and requirements for the requested production and will be responsible for determining the offer

- You will be responsible for the management and periodic updating of the general Italian price list on the management system

- You will ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete information, sources

The attitudes and skills we're looking for:

- You have a Bachelor/Master Degree

- You have previous experience in Customer Service or Commercial Back Office roles.

- You are resilient and goal oriented, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- You are reliable, flexible and great with people.

- You have a strong customer orientation.

- You are curious and eager to learn, and you have a hands-on approach.

- You have good knowledge of Excel and SAP.

- You are fluent in Italian and English
