Sales Back Office
ODV, a company operating in the confectionary field, is looking for a member of the Back Office Team who will hold a key position between internal services (Sales, Production and Logistics).
**Responsibilities**:
- Keep the team informed about the status of orders.
- Prepare sales reports.
- Organize deliveries and address delivery issues, including delays, returns, and complaints.
- Manage and maintain data effectively.
- Proactively follow up on old stock and track inventory.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level), both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of other Office software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to set effective priorities and make responsible decisions.
- High level of independence and a strong work ethic.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork, flexibility, learning agility, and communication skills.
**Nice to have**:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Driver's licence: B
