Sales Back-Office Administrator
We are looking for a Sales Back-Office Administrator to join our team in Parma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the sales database, assisting in sales reporting, handling inquiries and correspondence, and supporting the sales team. Role description: Process Sales Orders Maintain Sales Database Assist in Sales Reporting Handle Inquiries and Correspondence Sales Support Orders and Inventory Management Required Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. At least 2 years work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional and friendly demeanor. Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English. Any additional language is a plus. Willingness to travel for business trips for initial training purposes.
