Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Back Office. The objective of the position is the complete management of the OTD (Order to Delivery) process.

Your Responsibilities Will Be Order portfolio management for the assigned areaWorking closely with departments involved in the process (Sales Manager, Planning, Shipping, Administration)Managing customer relationships and subsidiaries supportTo be successful in this role you'll need to have: Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics or related fieldsExperience, even brief, in customer service activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work based on priorities and objectivesFluent in English and good knowledge of Italian. The knowledge of another foreign language will be considered a plus.
