**Job Description**:
During your internship within the sales department you will be supporting the team in taking care of all processes related to the customer experience.
- You will contribute to the creation of a unique purchasing experience for a wide portfolio of national and international clients
- You will participate in the order process activities and in the sales administration of back office team
- You will support sales area managers in sales and marketing initiatives as well sales forecasting
- You will independently run regular reporting for sales and administration tasks.
- You will contribute to manage the internal processes with Marketing, Logistic and Administration in accordance with company procedures
- You will be involved in dedicate project activities related to sales back office
**Qualifications**:
- You graduated in economics or languages
- You have a strong interest in sales and market environment and you want to contribute to the company success by supporting the customers.
- You are fluent both in Italian and in English, and have a good knowledge of a third language.
- You are a proficient Excel user and Microsoft 365 package.
- You are proactive, fast learner and willing to experience the real life processes of a sales department in a global company.
