Leagel is looking for a mid-senior Sales Finance Analyst to be hired with a permanent contract.

He/She will provide financial assistance and support to the sales team and collaborate closely with the finance manager.

Key job responsibilities:

1.

**Financial Analysis & Sales Reporting**:Analyzing and monitoring sales data, trends, and financial reports to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement, supporting the sales team and management

2.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**: Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales budgets and update monthly rolling forecasts.

Assisting in preparing and reviewing financial plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

3.

**Sales Incentive Programs & Fees**: Collaborating with sales management to design, implement, and manage sales incentive programs ensuring adherence to group policies.

Tracking sales performance against targets and calculating sales commissions or bonuses as applicable.

4.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within sales finance operations.

Suggesting and implementing enhancements to reporting systems, tools, and workflows.

5.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:Ensuring adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with sales activities.

6.

**Relationship Management**: Building strong relationships and effectively communicating with the sales team, finance department, and other stakeholders.

Collaborating with sales representatives, sales managers, and finance professionals to support sales objectives while maintaining financial integrity.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics or related fields

- Fluent Italian

- Professional English

- Sales and finance background preferred

- 2-5 years work-related experience, in sales and finance, CPG role, business or financial role preferred.

- Proficient in MS Office software, ability to quickly learn new systems.
