About the role We are looking for sales professionals who are passionate about pursuing new business, eager to continue learning and growing professionally within FX sales, and possess a proactive can-do attitude with a healthy dose of competitiveness to overcome daily challenges.
You will spend your time both on the telephone talking to prospective clients and conducting face-to-face meetings, building long-lasting relationships and closing deals with prospective clients.
You will also attend national exhibitions to network with businesses and advise them on FX-related products.

We'll provide comprehensive training in all aspects of Foreign Exchange (FX).
You'll be motivated, challenged, and inspired to succeed.
As you progress, you'll move through various roles—from Business Development Manager (BDM) to Treasury Consultant, and ultimately to Senior Treasury.
Key responsibilities Researching prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements Making introductory calls to new corporate clients Developing a sales pipeline Closing new business with an aim to develop long-lasting relationships Developing internal relationships with our Dealing team Being aware of and taking an active interest in FX movements and the world economy Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales Attending morning training sessions and twice daily team/market briefings Keeping up to date with market structure changes and regulation.
Essential experience skills 6-12 months of relevant experience Self-starter attitude with a healthy dose of competitiveness Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone and in person Goal-oriented and persistent Fluent in Italian language.
