**Purpose Statement
The Sales Cloud Specialist is expected to interact and communicate with other departments and roles: Marketing, Multichannel, Service, IT, Sales and Divisional leadership team to ensure these objectives are successfully covered.
**Location** This role can be located in any EMEA BSC Hub location (Italy, Spain, France, Germany and UK)
**Key Responsibilities
- **Training and coaching**.
Facilitate good quality training to increase adoption of the platform.
Plan and roll out training as per the user needs.
Accommodate remote, face-to-face and one-to-one trainings with SalesRep and Regional Sales Managers.
- **Setup reporting standards**.
Define and create clear/intuitive content guidelines for SalesReps on "How to properly use and report in Salesforce" (FAQs website / Small-Videos / Pdf).
- **Platform improvement**.
To improve the tool by formally submitting ideas for new features and functions to the EMEA x-div Center of Excellence.
These ideas should be collected within our division users working together with the Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the countries.
This objective includes: identify the idea, search for the consensus among the key players within the division, fulfill and submit the document, defend the requirement, test and validate the software, design and implement the launch of the new feature within the division.
Work with business users and architects to define and document detailed use cases, process flows and data models.
- **Management Reports**.
Design, create and make available standard reports and dashboards for SalesRep and Managers.
Some of these reports will need to be generate on demand and others by one's own initiative.
- **Data Quality (completeness)**.
Make sure that all the different relevant sections in SFDC: contacts, accounts, opportunities, taskshave an acceptable level of fields completed by each of the users supported through KPI's.
Set expectations and put in place proactive measures when needed (when the quantity of the data does not reach the standards required).
Ensure KPI's are understood by Sales teams and they are held accountable by managers
- **Data Quality (quality)**.
Make that the content data in SFDC has a high degree of quality, is accurate, reliable and consistent.
Proactively set data quality KPIs, set expectations and put in place corrective measures if need it (when the quality of the data does not reach the standards required).
- **Massive data cleaning programs**.
Define and implement massive import/export processes on demand.
- **First level technical & functional user support**.
Become the second level support for SME's and as needed all User's of the division as well as 1st level support for certain groups/ area's.
First level support is provided through SME's/interns.
This included technical troubleshooting (technical problems of the platform) and functional lack of knowledge from the user.
If problem cannot be solved, contact the next level support (European Cross-Divisional level).
- ** Enable feedback channels**.
Set up feedback channels to capture new ideas that will improve the SFDC platform.
These tasks include actions as: be active in the SFDC chatter, create internal surveys, setup a network of ambassadors within the division, organize regular calls and f2f meetings to capture ideas.
- **Knowledge and external training**.
Maintain industry relevant knowledge around product and industry trends
- **Basic Administrator role**.
Create/Modify/Delete the permission of existing and new users
**- Documentation**.
Maintain documentation on requirements: user stories, backlog, data models, triggers, and description on how each business function is using the object.
- **Communication**.
Have clear defined communication method with regards to Sales Cloud releases and change management of the Platform.
**Key Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters degree (Business, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Fluency in English and preferably 1 other language (French, Spanish, Italian or German)
- Some knowledge/understanding of the Healthcare sector/Medical Device industry is preferred
- Good understanding of business Information and Reporting Systems
