**THE JOB ROLE
- **Sales Consultant**, responsible for a customers' portfolio.
- Main contact for EF future students, from the moment they enquire until they have completed their course.
Your job includes a diverse set of tasks by phone, in person and online to ensure the best possible service to EF customers.
- You will be also representing EF at fairs, events and info-meetings as well as prepare and execute events and meetings for students and their parents.
- As a result, you will have the opportunity to work across different verticals depending on customer needs and build a much wider network in EF.
**REQUIRED SKILLS
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience (even non-consecutive, seasonal or project).
- Sales-oriented, goal-driven, can-do attitude, strong work ethic.
- Effective communicator, flair with clients.
- Open-minded and professional approach.
- Capable of working with rapidly changing deadlines and targets.
- Curious and able to multitask.
- Proactive, eager to learn and highly motivated.
**PREFERRED SKILLS
- Prior experience in the tourism industry (travel agencies, tour operators, hospitality).
- International experience considered a plus, even if only mínimal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**OFFER
- Fixed-term contract (12 months) aimed at subsequent employment.
- Rome, Italy.
- Starting Date: ASAP.
