Our colleagues in the **Italian Sales team** are looking for a new **Sales Control Manager.

**Role Purpose

- Control of Trade Spending (retrospective of National Customer Deal)

- Sales Control Manager play a key administrative role in settlement contract in the internal system and deal with customer invoice according to internal policies and fiscal law

- Specific responsibilities include chasing up overdue claims refund and monitoring spending vs. accruals.

- Support finance dept for all statutory journals/accruals and in case of tax inspection

**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Deal with customer annual contracts in system: split by counterparts, drift management maintaining trade retro contracts in the system in line with finance guidelines and fiscal law

- Check trade invoices received from the clients

- Support invoice matching, control pre KTIE balances to ensure sufficient accruals have been made

- Support and control GBS OTC team to ensure invoices are matched correctly

- Support issue resolution on invoicing / deductions

- Monthly & Quarter-end reconciliation with accounting revenue - in cooperation with Finance

- Manage master data vendors and customers including hierarchy management

- Support internal and external audit

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

- Economics degree, very good knowledge of written and spoken English, good knowledge of internal data warehouse (AFO, KTIE); good IT skills (Microsoft Office)

- Finance and/or Commercial background

- Statutory and fiscal knowledge with good all-round administrative abilities

- Being proactive and flexible

- Being confident, thorough and collaborative, team-player.
