Discover Extraordinary* Every Day. How you will learn and grow: You will join our BU Paper Controlling team, based in Verona, working in a young, challenging and dynamic environment. You will support the Commercial team and the local subsidiaries in Sales analysis, budgeting and forecast across different channels and product lines, delivering best-in-class financial insights to enable business decisions. You will join an international working environment where you will be supported and empowered to perform. You will take an active part in the challenge of transforming a family business into a boundary-pushing multinational. You will provide reporting on volume price/mix, both at revenue and margin level, across different business lines. You will prepare and support planning activities (budget & forecast), collecting inputs from other functions and Countries. You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing and Sales functions to help deploy the BU growth strategy. You will control and monitor costs related to the Commercial function: rebates, marketing costs and department costs. You will actively participate in strategic new IT initiatives & projects which require analytic support, aimed at improving the granularity and accuracy of analysis. You will support the Business Controller in the formulation of new models and processes to build an accurate P&L by Country and by business line. What you'll add to the team: You have a bachelor's Degree in Finance/Economics/Management Engineering or other related fields. You have 2-3 years' experience in the Controlling Function of top leading Manufacturing/GDO companies within International Industrial environments which have experienced recent transformation. You have proven financial analysis experience with strong reporting skills. Your previous experience using SAP and PowerBI would be considered a plus. You possess knowledge of data analytics best practices, aimed at optimizing financial performance, labor efficiency and customer service. You are an analytical thinker, with a strong attention to detail and a significant ability to manage large amounts of data and complex files. You have business acumen: I. e. , the capability to read and understand information, data, and trends to facilitate the decision-making process. You have a dynamic attitude and the ability to work under pressure and with very tight deadlines. Italian is your mother tongue, and you are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
