About the roleWe are currently looking for a talented candidate in Finance Department as Sales Controller. The candidate will work in a highly dynamic and international environment within Ferrero, with the following responsibilities:Analysis and development of P&L by channel/customer using Customer Profitability ToolMonthly analysis of KPI trends, sharing data with the OOH Sales Manager and his staffSupport in the specific initiative (for exemple development of new customer/sub channel, activation of new  promotional materials, introduction of new packaging) and final monitoring of the progressDevelopment of channel specific plans in collaboration with Marketing/Trade MarketingDefinition of discounts channel and customer during Budget and Forecast Aid Revenue Management Team in ensuring fair trade treatment between channels on specific projects/productsEnsure correct payment process of the commercial contract based on yearly performanceWho we are looking forMaster's Degree in Economics, Finance or related3-5 years of experience in similar rolesProblem-solving, decision-making, and team work skills are considered as mandatory for the roleOpen communication attitude, organizational Integration and networkFlexibility, adaptability and aptitude to teamworkIT SkillsMS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and SAP, HFM/EssbaseKnowledge of Customer Profitability Platform is considered as a plusLanguagesHigh fluency in English (written and spoken)How to be successful in the role and at FerreroConsumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
