Sales Controller

The role supports the Sales Controlling Team (Mass Market) and contributes to the definition, development and execution of the commercial strategy as business partner of KAM-NAMs working on the market perimeter and accountability assigned.
- He/she will manage, with a proactive and collaborative approach, the periodic follow-up with the Sales Force counterparts to secure that all the related Customers P&L (with focus on Top Line) are aligned with the objectives of Beiersdorf Italy overall.
- The role will include, under the supervision of the Sales Controlling Manager, the following tasks:
- Continuous support to the Sales team during the official forecast reviews and budget exercise, but also in all the cases in between as needed
- 2nd Level Investment discussion, tracking and maintenance using a specific Sales Front-end App and checking the alignment of the Accruals in Sap and other ERP
- Collaboration with all the other controllers of the Sales and Marketing Controlling team to create and foster synergies and knowledge transfer KPI reporting and analysis with focus on Gross to Net evolution (on-invoice and off-invoice conditions), NSP, NS Growth vs objectives
- Active involvement in decision making for annual contract renewal of specific Buying-groups, starting from the discussion on the new List Prices up to the Net Price negotiations
- Month-end and year-end contribution to meet the closing Group deadlines in line with the internal and HQ expectations
- Customer Plans and other ad-hoc analysis in cross-function with RGM and Sales dept
**Your Profile**:
We are looking for an open-minded professional with strong analytical skills, as well as interpersonal skills and willingness to learn and develop in the role.
- Master Degree in Finance/Controlling
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales Controlling
- Strong both interpersonal and analytical skills to get to conclusions and recommendations
- English fluency is required
- SAP knowledge will be considered a plus
- Experience in FMCG industry is strongly recommended
