Sales Coordinator
Requisition ID: 8398 YOU As a Sales Coordinator, you are hands-on and proactive. You are looking for an opportunity to work on multiple channels and business transformation. You enjoy exposure to an international business environment and are ready to functionally report to the Area Director. You are precise and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the FMCG world. You are fluent in both English and Italian, both in writing and speaking. YOUR ROLE As a Sales Coordinator, you will bring Channels, Wholesaler & Customer Plans to life by supporting and monitoring partners in sales initiatives. Some of your areas of responsibility are: Support the Area Director in Channel and Customer Planning process by providing insights, developing content & initiatives. Support Partners Sales Managers by contributing to shape specific customer plans where needed. Constantly interact with Partners Sales Team to monitor execution progress and support them. Regularly participate in Partners Sales Meetings to ensure focus on Suntory portfolio via insights, product inductions, and brand storytelling. Provide specific support, guidance, and monitoring to Partners in leading Promoters and Merchandisers teams, also by leading special projects. Deliver continuous training to Promoters and Merchandisers. Perform frequent Gemba activity to monitor brand activation initiatives, including competitors' ones. REQUIREMENTS At least 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. Experience in trade marketing is a plus. Knowledge of FMCG route to market On and Off trade in Italy. Knowledge of process and dynamics of customer planning in Italian Retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Experience of License or Distribution business models is a strong plus. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and with autonomy. Good analytical skills. Italian mother tongue strong command of the English language. Proficiency in MS Office applications (PPT, Excel).
