Sales Coordinator - Connectivity Market
Responsibilities Your main responsibility is to support our existing and new potential Italian clients all the way from offer request to handling orders.
Our clients buy specialised connectivity products exclusively for marine and underwater usage.
You ensure that eventual technical questions are aligned upfront.
When needed then you seek help from specialist at our Headquarter in Denmark.
In a small successful local sales organisation you quickly become an important team member.
As sales coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that your tasks are performed on time and with high quality.
Primary Tasks Dialogue with and support to customers. Coordination and follow-up on sales and orders. Quotation and offer follow-up with the customer. Coordinate with product/delivery/logistics regarding technical solutions and delivery. Commercial, administrative and logistical tasks. Coordinate with the right documents and transports in and out from our own warehouse. Your Profile Your education is commercially oriented with several years of experience in qualified work in a sales organization.
If you do not have experience in selling technical products/solutions, it is important that you have a great interest in technology.
Alternatively, you have a technical education but long for a career in sales.
Regardless, you should be interested in receiving thorough training in our product range and the technologies we use:
Self-driven with the ability to work independently. Ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels. Understand, adopt, support, and promote a corporate culture with customer focus, integrity, teamwork, technical excellence, and perseverance. Able to present yourself and the company. Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English. Your Background You are structured, work independently, and take responsibility for completing tasks.
You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing oversight.
You understand the importance of providing good service and take pride in maintaining high quality in your work.
You work in a detailed and independent manner, always client solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating to achieve the best customer service.
You have at least 2–4 years of practical experience from a similar position, preferably in an international company. Your good communication skills allow you to quickly establish good relationships with customers and colleagues.
Your skills in Swedish and English are very good, and you are an experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite.
