We are currently looking for the following professional figure: The position oversees sales activities of the six Italian hotels belonging to LDC Hotels Italy , focused on 4 and 5 stars hotel. The Sales Coordinator is in charge of the office organization, supporting in all administrative matters related to the Sales & Marketing department. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Sales Managers in their day-to-day activities and assist them in achieving their personal and team objectives. Determine and implement the procedures and standards of an effective filing system. Provide adequate supplies of stationary and ensure that the following forms are used and kept always updated. Manage travel authorizations for business trips. File and update statistics and monthly reports from Sales Managers. Assist with the coordination of direct mail campaigns on behalf of sales and marketing, including labeling, data collection, and distribution of mail items. File the annual contracting administration. Assist telesales research of existing/new clients within guidelines of Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers. Coordinate and assist in organizing sales trips. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in the role in a hotel of a similar category is appreciated. Excellent knowledge of English and, preferably, a second foreign language. Strong organizational and communication skills and a propensity for teamwork. A Master's degree in Tourism and/or any experience in roles in contact with the public will be a preferential requirement. Flexibility. WHAT WE OFFER: On-the-job training.
