We are looking for a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) who, reporting directly to the CEO, will have the task of managing and coordinating the sales team for Italy. The candidate will be responsible for a package of key accounts and the commercial development of an assigned area in Lombardy.
Your tasksCoordinate and manage a team of Sales Area Managers and Sales Back Office staffDefine and implement commercial strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding the assigned budgetDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with management customers and acquire new customersMonitor commercial performance, draw up periodic reports and provide updates to company managementNegotiate contracts and agreements with customers and business partnersAnalyze the market, identify growth opportunities and propose innovative strategiesYour profileProfessional experience of at least 7 years in the machine tool sectorPrevious experience in team coordination or with strong potential in this fieldQualifications: Diploma or Degree in technical disciplinesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent negotiation, communication and customer-oriented approach skillsProblem solving and resilience in complex and challenging contextsKnowledge of the English language (an essential requirement)Residence or willingness to work in the province of East Milan, with presence in the office required at least once a weekAre you ready for your next career step?
