We are looking for a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) who, reporting directly to the CEO, will have the task of managing and coordinating the sales team for Italy. The candidate will be responsible for a package of key accounts and the commercial development of an assigned area in Lombardy. Your tasks Coordinate and manage a team of Sales Area Managers and Sales Back Office staff Define and implement commercial strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding the assigned budget Develop and maintain strategic relationships with management customers and acquire new customers Monitor commercial performance, draw up periodic reports and provide updates to company management Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and business partners Analyze the market, identify growth opportunities and propose innovative strategies Your profile Professional experience of at least 7 years in the machine tool sector Previous experience in team coordination or with strong potential in this field Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in technical disciplines Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent negotiation, communication and customer-oriented approach skills Problem solving and resilience in complex and challenging contexts Knowledge of the English language (an essential requirement) Residence or willingness to work in the province of East Milan, with presence in the office required at least once a week Are you ready for your next career step?
