Sales Coordinator (Sales 2022)
_**LDC Hotels & Resorts **_boasts a magnificent collection of luxury hotels, relais, restaurants and event venues located between Taiwan and Italy.

We are currently looking for the following professional figure: Sales Coordinator.
The position oversees sales activities of the six Italian hotels belonging to _**LDC Hotels Italy**_, focused on 4* and 5* stars hotel.
The Sales Coordinator is in charge of the office organization, supporting in all administrative matters related to the Sales & Marketing department.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Sales Managers in their day-to-day activities and to assist them in achieving their personal and team objectives.
- Determine and implement the procedures and standards of an effective filing system.
- Provide adequate supplies of stationary and ensures that the following forms are used and kept always updated.
- Timesheets
- Travel authorizations for business trips
- Expense forms
- Maintain and update inventory: control of all gifts and giveaways.
- Filing and updating statistics and monthly reports from Sales Managers
- Assist with the co-ordination of direct mail campaigns on behalf of sales and marketing, labeling, data collection and distribution of mail items.
- Filing the annual contracting administration
- Ensure sensible and effective use of the telephone - all incoming calls promptly answered in an agreed manner.
- Assist telesales research of existing/new clients within guidelines of Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers
- Sort all incoming mail for the attention of the Director of Sales and Marketing and Sales Department.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing sales trips.
