Sales Coordinator Southern Europe
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Coordinator role for the Southern Europe cluster.
The Sales Coordinator will perform general office duties and support the Proactive Sales Team, BCO Team and SESO teams with delivering the Hotels Revenue targets.
As the Sales Coordinator, you will need to provide assistance to the teams in their needs of admin, sales activities, site inspections, complimentary stays, VIP stays, contracting and market research. You should embody a high commitment to service, be a strong team player, impeccable verbal and organizational skills, outstanding attention to detail, high concentration skills and the willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Leadership and report to the Divisional Director of Sales.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Supports the Team with all admin purposes
- Support the schedule and organization of Hotel site tours and stays.
- Supports the team in the preparation of all VIP Stays.
- Keep a good organization and update of the Teams Folders / Files, easily retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Create and update the Team Sales Activities on the property management system
- Support the PST and SESO team in collecting information and reports on compset.
- Collaborate closely with the PST Sales, BCO & SESO team, work in conjunction with Travel Trade Supporters and BCO Teams around the World.
- Coordinate and prepare the WHO agreements
- Keep regular update of the Consortia Agreements and websites
- Participate and successfully complete the Monthly Reports
- Answer client questions about Belmond Southern Europe Hotel facilities/services (e. g. hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants etc.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years hotel Sales/Front Office (as Supervisor or Assistant FOM) experience within a luxury hotel
- Ability to create, adjust and work with budgets. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations.
- Well rounded troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. .
- Possess strong spoken and written English, Italian mandatory. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees and vendors.
