Job Description
What will you take care of?
As an intern in the Retail Marketing Department of the Bosch Power Tools Division, you will have the chance to develop your trade marketing skills.
You will:
**Help shaping the future**: You will support our Sales Customer Service team for:
- Daily alignment with internal Order desk team on open points and critical orders, deliveries dates and invoicing issues.
- Support and Information to Customers and Sales Dept.
in case of problems/delays with deliveries.
- Monitor and support customer claims (logistic, price, etc) management to avoid and/or solve critical issues.
- Local rack kitting management.
- Local in warranty management process and contract.
- Handling of demo goods in local warehouse (incl.
shipping, outbound and invoicing).
- Creation of documentations and declarations relating to export activities (declarations/certificates of origin, declarations of non dangerous goods, CECC. . ).
- Support of Sales Dept.
for commercial communications to customers.
- Commercial Returns Management: coordinating with order desk and evaluation of the status of returned material, product shipping and checking of credit notes (due to statutory accounting constraints returns must be handled via our local warehouse).
- Support for internal orders.
- Free of charge order entry and management: (shipping, outbound and invoicing), due to tax constraints a special procedure must be applied.
- Support and creation of reports.
- After Sales Support RMA and after sales warranty process monitoring for critical issues.
- PEC management (certified mailbox management).
Qualifications
What distinguishes you?

Education**:Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics or similar background.
- **Languages**:Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level).

Experience and know-how**:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Personality**: Attention to details, Customer-centric approach and pro-activity, resiliency and problem solving skills.
Additional Information
Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia.
Depending on the level of your education, you will reimbursed with 700/900 euros (gross)/month.
